The briefing ends up different from what you said.
You explain your business to sales, who pass it to account management, who pass it to planning, who pass it to whoever does the work. With every layer, a piece of your intention gets lost.

Branding, Marketing and Performance Consulting
Over 10 years of experience leading creative projects, campaigns, marketing operations and performance. Today I work with a limited number of companies, directly, with no layers of intermediaries.
The person who diagnoses is the person who leads the strategy. The person who leads the strategy is the person who executes it. You talk to one single person, from the first briefing to the final delivery.

The problem
You explain your business to sales, who pass it to account management, who pass it to planning, who pass it to whoever does the work. With every layer, a piece of your intention gets lost.
The person answering your messages is rarely the one designing, writing or setting up your campaign. When you ask for a change, it goes through the same queue all over again.
Your brand shares the attention of a team juggling many projects at once. This week's priority isn't always yours.
Turnover is built into the structure of any agency. With every change, you introduce your business from scratch to someone new.

This isn't an execution failure. It happens because that's how the model works. I know because I've been inside it.
How I work
I spent the last few years inside a high-volume performance marketing operation. First as a designer, then leading the design team, and finally managing accounts and projects. I learned how processes are built, how results are measured and, above all, where delivery gets lost. That understanding is what led me to build a different way of working with clients.
| Traditional agency | Working directly with me | |
|---|---|---|
| Who receives your briefing | Sales or account management | Me |
| Who executes the project | A rotating in-house team | Me, with a network of selected partners when the scope requires it |
| People you deal with | 3 to 5 people | Just 1 person |
| Time to make a change | Depends on the internal queue | Depends only on the scope |
| Knowledge about your business | Rebuilt with every team change | Built up over the relationship |
| Number of simultaneous accounts | High by definition | Limited by choice |
It's not a bigger model. It's a closer one.

How it works
A conversation of about an hour to understand your commercial moment, what has already been tried and what is really holding you back. Free and with no commitment.
Scope, timelines, deliverables and investment, in writing. If what you need isn't what I do best, I'll tell you and point you in the right direction.
A defined schedule, a direct line to me and set validation checkpoints. You follow the progress without having to chase anyone.
A report on what was done, what the numbers show and my recommendation for the next cycle. Results are read over time, not in the first week.

About
I'm Giulia Soares, a branding, marketing and performance consultant. I hold a degree in Advertising with a focus on Branding and Art Direction from Universidade FUMEC, and a master's in Film, Industry and Audiovisual Production from the Universidad de Valladolid, in Spain.
I started in 2014 as a designer and have never stopped doing the work myself. Over these years, I've worked in event production, performance marketing, audiovisual production and creative team leadership. I coordinated the production and content of an international film festival in Barcelona, leading a team of eight. Back in Brazil, I led a team of designers and took on account and project management in a performance marketing operation, where I saw up close what separates a campaign that generates revenue from one that only generates reports.
That path gave me two things that rarely go together: a visual repertoire and a business mindset. I know how to design a brand, and I know how to defend why it exists in front of a sales director.
Today I've chosen to work independently with a limited client base, to give a brand project the level of attention it demands.
Results
Four projects, four different starting points. What they share is the same method: understanding the business before designing anything.

Paid media management and sales structuring · 2025–2026
The company had been running ads for a year and wanted more revenue, more brand awareness and a stronger social media presence. What it didn't know was whether that year of investment had generated a single sale.
The CRM existed, but it was poorly configured and the sales team didn't know how to use it. Leads came in and got lost before becoming opportunities. With no records, there was no way to know which campaign worked — and without that, no optimization was possible. The visual communication had no consistent standard either.
I designed the sales funnel and hired the CRM vendor directly to configure the tool around that structure and train the team to run it. I standardized the visual communication and produced the creatives, videos and motion graphics for the campaigns. Only then did I reorganize the paid media into top, middle and bottom of the funnel, on Meta and Google.
The cost per conversion dropped from R$ 964 to R$ 46. More importantly: 1,099 leads started being recorded, 370 became sales opportunities and 29 closed — with R$ 151k in revenue traced back to the campaign of origin, compared with no records at all the year before.

Paid media management · 2025
A tech company needed to find out, before investing in building the product, whether developers were interested in it. The proposition was hard to explain: software able to run without an internet connection, distributed across devices.
Two things. First, nobody understood what was being offered — the messaging described the technology instead of the problem it solved. Then, once the campaign was live, that the country with the cheapest sign-ups was not the country with the right audience.
I rewrote the project's messaging and built the campaign from scratch, in English, to speak to a technical audience. When the data showed that the cheapest volume came from the least qualified audience, I cut that source and reorganized the campaigns by region, accepting a higher cost per sign-up in exchange for a better-aligned audience.
Over 2,300 sign-ups, at an average cost of €0.29 each. Three in every ten people who clicked went on to sign up. The hypothesis was confirmed, the project moved forward and the company is operating today.

Visual identity and paid media management · 2025
A surveying and 3D scanning company serving architecture and engineering projects needed two things at once: a brand for the group and for the new technology it was launching, and clients to sustain that launch.
Generating leads wasn't going to solve it. The digital communication had no standard, and there was no CRM or sales routine to handle whoever came in. Investing in ads in that state would mean paying for leads that would be lost before the first conversation.
I developed the visual identity for the group and for the new technology, with a digital communication standard for the team to apply. I set up the CRM, the sales funnel and the sales follow-up routine. Only then did I launch the campaigns, split between brand awareness and direct conversion, on Google and Meta.
148 qualified leads in two months, at an average cost of R$ 48.60 — and over R$ 2 million in sales proposals generated from them.

Social media production and management · 2024
An international film festival in Barcelona, with its own event venue open all year round. Four programming strands, two Instagram profiles and a festival that happens once a year.
Once the festival was over, the audience cooled off and the next edition started almost from zero. The event venue, with a program every month, was what could keep the audience close all year — and it was in the background.
I took over production for the four strands and both profiles, with a team of eight during the festival. I put the event venue at the center of the content calendar, with photos and videos I shot myself at the events.
In the three months after the festival, the venue's profile grew its followers by 65.8% and nearly doubled its engagement. And it reached the right audience: 64.6% in Barcelona, in the age range that actually attends the events.
Investment
I'd rather you know the ballpark before investing your time in a meeting. The prices below are starting points and vary with scope, timeline and complexity.
Projects with an extended scope are quoted individually after the diagnosis.

Yes. I limit the number of simultaneous accounts and rely on a network of selected partners — developers, photographers, copywriters, designers and others — whom I bring in when the scope requires it. The difference is that coordination, strategic decisions and communication with you stay with me. You never deal with a middleman.
A landing page takes two to three weeks. A visual identity project, four to six. Marketing structuring projects are ongoing, with defined milestones. The exact timeline is in the proposal.
Yes. All strategic and digital work is done remotely. Photo and video shoot days take place in Belo Horizonte and its metropolitan area; for other locations, we assess travel costs.
Each delivery includes revision rounds defined in the contract. Changes within scope come at no extra cost. Changes of direction that alter the scope are discussed beforehand, transparently.
Always. Scope, timelines, responsibilities and payment terms in writing, protecting both sides.
No. Many clients start with one area and expand as results show up. In our first conversation, I'll tell you frankly where it makes the most sense to start in your case.

Your next step
The first conversation is a diagnosis, not a sales meeting. You tell me where you are and where you want to go, and I'll tell you honestly what I would do in your place — even if the answer is that it's not yet the time to hire.
